I am here as your coach and leader, working in partnership with you. I will push you; I will hold you accountable to your “1 GOAL” and I will expect your very best effort every dang day.

Who Is Coach Wes?
Coach Wes’ expertise is in helping time crunched adults optimize both their physical and mental fitness. Utilizing the most modern science-based practices, paired with proven unconventional training methods. Wes’ training systems repeatedly yield massive results for his clients.
“It’s all about helping my clients build their best self so they can write their best life story! I am constantly striving to deliver the absolute best programming for my clients. I continually refine the process, so I produce tier 1 results with the least amount of time needed. I understand my clients lead busy lives; they don’t have the luxury to train 14-20 hours a week.”
Wes comes from an endurance athlete background, currently classifying himself as a hybrid athlete. Pairing the benefits of both endurance athletics and strength training.
“I like to keep my training fresh and exciting. I also need to make it time efficient, 6-10 hours a week max. My week usually consists of 3 strength workouts, a couple runs, a bike ride or two and some archery. I’m 50 years old and have multiple business. Fitness is a priority for me. Without it, I would not be able to handle my weekly workload.”
Wes has experienced athletics lows and highs and had his fair share of sports injuries. These experiences allow him to not just be empathetic to your unique situation but well versed in the ability to custom design you the perfect training plan, adjust & adapt promptly when need be and even make quick pivots when a day or week goes sideways.
